Jerry's goal was to make sure I found what fit my needs, my budget, and was in an area where I would be comfortable living. He cared more about what I wanted than what he needed to do to sell a property. He conveyed a sense that if we didn't find what I wanted, we'd keep looking until we did. Never did I feel rushed or a burden to him even though he spent one full day and part of several others helping me look at properties. My success was his success. That was his goal and he accomplished it.
Jerry listened to me, he responded immediately to questions, he gave excellent advise and direction when looking at properties and he proved that he was working FOR me not just trying to sell real estate. He didn't rush me, he was attentive and he gave me the pros and cons about the properties we looked at. The results: I didn't think I could afford property on the beach. It was a dream but not what I considered reality. Because of our many conversations prior to my visit both by phone and via email, I believe Jerry knew what I really wanted - perhaps better than I did myself. By the end of my two weeks visit, I had made an offer on a condo on the beach that was accepted, had an approved loan and a settlement date. Jerry gave me ideas for finding affordable insurance as well as a management company. Bottom line - Jerry made my dream a reality!
Jerry Pinkas helped me located and purchase a property. You would think that would be the end of our association but his service didn't stop there. He called me many times to make sure I had everything in place for settlement and gave me a checklist of what I needed to do. The service doesn't stop after the deal is made. It continues as long as you need it.

My wife and I began researching second homes in South Carolina and other southern states via the Internet. After viewing many of these sites, my wife came across Jerry Pinkas's web page. She signed up for updates on available properties based on the criteria we specified.
